Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HyperSense (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

HyperSense is a camera-based dictionary and translation application that allows users to scan text and receive definitions, translations, and related language information. The Service is available as a mobile application for iOS.

Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

HyperSense offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription tier through any means

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by HyperSense and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that definitions, translations, or other content provided by the Service will be completely accurate, complete, or error-free. The Service should not be relied upon for professional translation, legal, medical, or other specialized purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
